Retail Food
Risk Factor Survey 

In 2022, Chatham Health District received a 3-year National Environmental Health Association -
US Food and Drug Adminstration (NEHA-FDA) Grant to conduct a retail risk factor survey of
food service establishments within the jurisdiction. 

Between April and December 2022, a representative sample of the food service establishments located within CHD were surveyed by Environmental Health staff using the tool available at www.retailfoodriskfactorstudy.net.
